Skincare Purchase Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy

1. Product Use and Safety
All skincare products sold by 180 Degrees are crafted with care using natural and science-backed ingredients. It is important that customers follow the provided instructions for use to ensure optimal results and safety. 180 Degrees will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions caused by improper use, combination with other products, or modifications made to the products by the customer after purchase.

2. Product Authenticity and Integrity
We guarantee the authenticity and integrity of all products sold by 180 Degrees. Each product is subject to rigorous quality control measures before it reaches the customer. Once a product is opened or used, the integrity of the product can no longer be guaranteed by 180 Degrees. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or altered.

3. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
However, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturer’s Defect: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, such as damage during transit or incorrect packaging, you may contact us within a day of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
  • Expired Products: If the product received is past its expiration date, we will accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement, provided the product has not been opened or used.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within a day of receiving the product.
  • The product is proven to have a genuine defect or has expired upon delivery.

For valid refund requests, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment once the return has been processed and approved.

5. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or results that do not align with individual expectations. Results may vary based on skin type, condition, and adherence to the product instructions.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage, negligence, or external factors after delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the final sale policy applies.

7. Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund based on the issue.

8. Liability
180 Degrees is not liable for any damages, losses, or reactions caused by improper use, modification, or misuse of products by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products are stored properly and used as per the directions provided.
